|
The ecosystem engagement and collaboration with industry leaders, like GE Digital, is the engine at CESMII that accelerates the democratization of Smart Manufacturing. The ecosystem works on Smart Manufacturing technology, innovation, education, and demonstrations in collaboration with CESMII’s regional SM Innovation Centers.

Ransomware Attacks – Prevention and Mitigation
|
Ransomware is a type of malicious attack where attackers encrypt an organization’s data and demand payment to restore access. In some instances, attackers may also steal an organization’s information and demand an additional payment in return for not disclosing the information to authorities, competitors, or the public. This Ransomware Profile identifies the Cybersecurity Framework Version 1.1 security objectives that support preventing, responding to, and recovering from ransomware events.

Hydrogen Mobility Infrastructure

One of the rapidly growing areas in transition to hydrogen as an energy carrier is in the transportation sector. Vehicles with fuel cells use hydrogen as an energy carrier with the emission being water. In this Emerson Automation Experts podcast, Denka Wangdi shares some of the challenges in the buildout of hydrogen mobility infrastructure and some of the ways advancing technologies and solutions are addressing these challenges.
