SMIC Operations Director
Michael brings over 27 years of experience as a highly skilled and successful operations director with essential experience driving successful business strategies and initiatives. Parallel to his civilian career, he has served as a Navy Lieutenant Commander, Supply Officer, on active duty, and reserves for 26 years. He’s a proven Operations Manager in overseeing a full range of operational responsibilities— including P&L administration, budget forecasting, quality management, and deal negotiation to ensure outstanding corporate performance.
His experience across several industrial segments with small and large teams; developed and implemented systems, processes, and procedures to improve facility operations; and performed audits and evaluations to identify performance issues, deficiencies, and errors in order to improve productivity and accuracy, serve him well working across CESMII’s diverse ecosystem.
Michael resides in Arcadia, CA with his wife, Janice and will spend his time managing and engagement with the SMIC’s.
