SMIC Event (Digital Foundry): Digital Manufacturing Essentials

CESMII Endorsed Digital Foundry Level 2 Training

Designed for individuals with practical and applied experience in traditional manufacturing, Digital Manufacturing Essentials is ideal for plant managers, engineers, technologists/ technicians, and those skill in manufacturing trades.

Training will focus on the learning and application of digital/SMART manufacturing principles and concepts covering four training modules for a total of 40 hours in-person training. Topics covered include digital devices and automation (sensors, IIoT, machine-to-machine communication, operator interface and supervisory control), industrial robotics, and physical automation (equipment, applications, processes, and de-risking), digital controls and data management (data analytics and visualization), digital manufacturing operations management (ERP, PLM, Lean in digital manufacturing, and MES systems).
