SMIC Event (Case Western): Utilizing Machine Data Leads to Increased ROI Webinar

While the use of data to improve processes is nothing new but the amount of data that is now available is constantly changing. Advanced machines are inherently digital and produce massive amounts of process data that if not managed can cause data analysis paralysis. Legacy machines or processes do not always lend themselves to data collection and secondary systems need to be deployed to recognize the benefits. Industry 4.0 is said to begin and end with data. We want to show that no matter the process, there is a critical data stream that can be tapped to potentially make the entire system better than it was yesterday. This event is part of the CESMII Smart Manufacturing Innovation Center efforts led by Case Western Reserve University, in partnership with MAGNET, Team NEO’s Smart Manufacturing Cluster, Bennit AI, and AMI (NCDMM).
The 5th MX.0 Southeast event takes place April 7 & 8, 2026, in Greenville, SC, and is built by and for manufacturers responsible for operations, engineering, IT/OT, supply chain, and digital transformation initiatives.
