SUMMARY:2023 NAMRC-MSEC
DESCRIPTION:Conference Introduction\nThe manufacturing faculty at Rutgers University–New Brunswick is pleased to host the International Advanced Manufacturing Conference (NAMRC/MSEC/LEM&P) 2023\, a joint conference of the 51st Society of Manufacturing Engineers (SME)’s North American Manufacturing Research Conference (NAMRC51)\, the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME)’s International Manufacturing Science and Engineering Conference (MSEC 2023)\, and the Japan Society of Mechanical Engineers (JSME)’s International Conference on Leading Edge Manufacturing/Materials & Processing (LEM&P 2023)\, be held at Rutgers–New Brunswick\, New Jersey\, in June 2023. The last time that NAMRC/MSEC held on the East Coast was in Columbia University in 2005. Rutgers would like to host NAMRC/MSEC/LEM&P 2023 to bring the conference to the East Coast after 18 years. The conference theme will be AI Manufacturing. \n\nRutgers University\nRutgers University–New Brunswick is the flagship home of Rutgers\, the State University of New Jersey. We are a leading national research university committed to excellence in teaching\, innovative research across a broad spectrum of subjects\, and service that improves our local\, national\, and global communities. Charming tree-lined campus and state-of-the-art research and academic facilities host a convergence of world-class programs in disciplines as disparate as advanced manufacturing\, wireless communications\, AI\, materials\, philosophy and oncology\, physics and theater\, urban planning and oceanography. Established in 1766\, Rutgers is one of America’s nine original colonial colleges and one of America’s first land-grant institutions. Rutgers is a member of the Association of American Universities and the Big Ten Conference.
